Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Lowcountry Littles for your premium non-toxic reusable baby food and toddler mealtime products. We aim to process and ship every order quickly and efficiently while providing clear communication along the way. This policy applies to all orders, including one-time purchases and active product subscriptions.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify customers of any significant delay by email.
  • Subscription renewal orders process automatically and typically ship within the same 1-to-2-day window after each renewal date.

2. United States Shipping

  • For orders under 75 USD, standard calculated shipping rates apply. Standard shipping uses USPS Ground Advantage.
  • For the continental U.S., delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • For Alaska and Hawaii, delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders of 75 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Active subscriptions automatically receive free standard shipping on all renewal shipments within the U.S.

3. Canada Shipping

  • Calculated shipping is available for all Canadian orders under 125 USD.
  • Orders of 125 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping to Canada.
  • Delivery times vary depending on customs clearance and carrier performance. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by Canadian authorities.

4. International Shipping

Lowcountry Littles currently ships to Canada, Europe, and select Middle Eastern destinations. Shipping times and costs vary by country and carrier. All international customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees charged by local authorities.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

  • Customers receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once an order ships.
  • Tracking information typically activates within 24 hours after the carrier scans the package.
  • Subscription shipments generate new tracking numbers for each renewal shipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Lowcountry Littles is not responsible for any fees assessed during or after delivery.


7. Damages and Claims

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, email photographic evidence to support@lowcountrylittles.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
  • In some cases, we may request that the damaged product be returned for review before issuing a replacement or refund.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Lowcountry Littles is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address whenever possible.
