Avocado & Banana Bliss

Ingredients:

  • 5 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 5/8 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2.5 tsp lemon juice
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Mash avocados and bananas together until smooth.
  2. Add Greek yogurt and lemon juice, blend until creamy.
  3. Allow the purée to cool before filling pouches.

Sweet Potato & Apple Mash

Ingredients:

  • 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 5 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2.5 tbsp olive oil
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Steam or boil sweet potatoes and apples until tender.
  2. Blend together with cinnamon and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Add water as needed for desired consistency. Cool before filling pouches.

Carrot & Pear Purée

Ingredients:

  • 10 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 5 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2.5 tbsp coconut oil
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Steam or boil carrots until tender.
  2. Blend with pears and coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Add water as needed for consistency. Cool before filling pouches.

Blueberry & Spinach Delight

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Steam spinach briefly until wilted.
  2. Blend with blueberries and bananas until smooth.
  3. Add water as needed for consistency. Cool before filling pouches.
