Sweet Potato & Apple Mash

WHAT YOU NEED...

  • 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 5 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2.5 tbsp olive oil
  • Water or coconut milk (as needed)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Steam or boil sweet potatoes and apples until tender.

Blend together with cinnamon + olive oil until smooth, adding water for desired consistency.

Allow the puree to cool before filling pouches.

Avocado & Banana Bliss Recipe:

WHAT YOU NEED...

  • 5 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 5/8 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2.5 tsp lemon juice
  • water (as needed)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Mash avocados and bananas together until smooth.

Add Greek yogurt and lemon juice, blend until creamy.

Allow the puree to cool before filling pouches.

Carrot & Pear Puree

WHAT YOU NEED...

  • 5 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 10 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2.5 tbsp coconut oil
  • water (as needed)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Steam/boil carrots until tender, then blend with pears and coconut oil until smooth.

Adjust consistency with water as needed & cool before filling pouches.

Blueberry & Spinach Delight

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • water (as needed)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Steam spinach briefly, then blend with blueberries and banana until smooth

Adjust consistency with water as needed & cool before filling pouches
